The architect is Rene Gonzalez. Sound familiar? He’s also the architect of the soon to be jewel of South of 5th called Glass. I greatly appreciate his style as it’s quite refreshing and not too over the top. It brings in the natural sunlight while also appreciating nature. The developer is Mast Capital. I have the confidence that this project will really improve the 3rd and Meridian Avenue area.
